It’s been 85 years since you saw me in the best movie of all time, The Wizard of Oz. Of course, L. Frank Baum first gave me the name Toto in his 1900 classic book, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz.
To celebrate the movie’s anniversary, I have a FREE gift for you. When Dorothy and I returned to Kansas, I wrote my memoir about that amazing visit. I shared it with her but asked her to keep it private until she decided to give it to the world. So here it is…at no cost to you.
What’s so special about my memoir? My perspective is totally different from every other character because I am at ground level. You’ll also be convinced why I am truly the star in this adventure. Everything happens because of something I do or is done to me. Most importantly, you will learn my TRUE identity!
I would appreciate two favors. First, because I know you have relatives and friends who would love reading my story, please send them the link to www.Totomemoir.org and PLEASE share that link on all the social media you use!
Secondly, would you please consider donating any amount to my favorite charity: Diana’s Dreamers: Determined to Defeat Breast Cancer. Diana was the sister to Dennis Denenberg, who was the lucky person who found my story. She battled breast cancer for 18 years. She never complained and she fought heroically against that disease. Millersville University Foundation handles the endowment, and it is an official 501(c)(3) charity. Please click on the link below … you would make me the happiest dog ever.
Speaking of special dogs, I read somewhere that Dennis has had three amazing dogs in his life. First, there was Tippy, his family’s pet when he was a child. Tippy was a collie and loved by everyone in the family. Next, there was Mingo, the mutt who belonged to Dennis’s dearest friend, Julie. He wrote that Mingo seemed to listen to and understand the conversation. Lastly, there was Gauge, an incredible rat terrier owned by Dennis’s friend, Matt. He lived to be 18 years and one month old and was truly treated as a part of the family.
As an added bonus to your free copy of my memoir, please click on the next link to hear a fantastic song written by one of Dennis’s friends, Pastor Liz Fulmer. She wrote it to honor Diana and titled it Fighter. Liz then donated the song to the MU Foundation…so I am hoping - along with Dennis - that one of you will know the perfect recording artist to sing it. All money would go directly into my favorite charity: Diana’s Dreamers.
So here you go...my free book and Liz’s free song. Oh my, I forgot to mention…you’ll see one of my best photos in the book. It’s there for you to enjoy as you read about my journey, but please don’t go sharing it. It’s just for YOU!
And now, my beloved fans, enjoy Toto’s Memoir.
